Program description:
This program is designed to teach our students all aspects of the design of three-dimensional spaces, both residential and commercial. Students will learn how to communicate design solutions through a variety of visual media. Students learn how the profession interfaces with others in the industry.
Technical Drawing
Description:
This course teaches students building technical drawing and Drawing reading.
Geometry
Description:
This course provides student with basic geometry and mathematics that are needed in day to day life on an interior designer, abstract concepts of geometry are discussed as well as the proper application of each concept in interior design
Architectural artistic creativity
Description:
This course teaches students the concepts of architectural artistic creativity and its application in interior design.
Architectural Design
Description:
This course teaches students the principles of design-coordination in perspective, mind and hand- and its application in imagination and personal creativity by presentation of drawing objects.
Decoration 1
Description:
This course teaches students principals of designing for interiors, also students will be introduced to field studies, and library resources.
Auto CAD (2011)
Description:
This course teaches students the use of CAD software in Interior design, during the course all features of Auto CAD software are discussed and the use of them in interior design is shown to students.
3D MAX
Description:
This course teaches students how to use 3D Max in all their design projects. Students will also be able to use this software in lighting and material of interior designs.
Lighting
Description:
This course teaches students the principles of lighting in terms of quantity in an area including scale, details, contrast, etc. Students will also study light in terms of quality including shading, light color and amount of contrast.
Decoration 2
Description:
This course is considered the final course for students and they are required to apply all objectives of pervious courses in their projects. In this course a student's projects will include designing of a coffee shop, remodelling, and designing of an office space and a fair stall.
Color & faux finishes
Description:
The allure of faux finishes are the truly dramatic touch they can add to a room or a spaceā¦for a very small cost.
Paint is really unique in the flexibility and variety that it offers. The number of different surfaces that paint can replicate is really limited only by the imagination.
