Our Vision
We are a Canadian accredited institution that offers industry specific training to a work force that is growing and progressing in tandem with the changing economic landscape. We train and place many student apprentices in positions of importance to the day to day operations with our partnering companies. These trainees are those who prefer to learn the trade by actual participation, we allow for this in our co-op or internship programs. As a way of recognition for our trainees we issued them certificates of on job training. Based on our success rate in helping our trainees to secure lasting and meaningful jobs, our institution received recognition from PCTIA to operate as an accredited institution.
Back in our early days we found it difficult to staff our academic or administrative departments. To that extent we began to train our own and in no time we had a surplus of highly trained individual and only then we saw the perfect opportunity. We saw the void for a training center that would offer real world experience to its participants and we had a clear vision of how this would be.
We would be an engaged business and IT operation where a small class of talented and interested participants, alongside the wise and seasoned, could see, learn and participate in real world projects.
We offer industry specific training programs in a learning environment that closely simulates the work place. We encourage the team spirit, tolerance, respect and open communication that is pertinent to our participants’ personal/professional growth. In doing so we initiate and foster a life-long pursuit of knowledge and integrity that is to support their families and to serve the communities they thrive in.
Our graduates acquire their work place skills through an exceptional learning experience. We are a well-established training facility with many International and local students, from all walks of life, who study in a wide range of specialties to becomes tomorrow's business and technology leaders.
Our training staffs are all seasoned practitioners with years of classroom experience. They mostly are well known instructors from local universities and colleges.
Our class sizes are small and the course schedules are flexible to accommodate both full time participants and those who attend after a day of work. We have a diverse student body. Our dedicated instructors through one-on-one interaction with our participants, in hands-on sessions, create an inspiring environment that is conducive to their learning style. Participants have unlimited access to computer labs, instructors and staff.
